Notable Quote: "My first time in... a real studio was on Long Island at Chris Pati's studio. Chris was a guy I knew from high school who was a real inspiration to me... he could play every instrument and burn. I remember, I think I had just graduated, going to his 8-track studio in Huntington and he played me a track he had done the night before where he'd played everything and it blew me away. It was like a Michael McDonald/Steely Dan kinda thing. I remember he had an EMT plate that I don't think I even knew what it really was and a very early digital reverb, I think by MXR.
