Terms and Conditions

• Unless otherwise specified, payable upon receipt of insertion Order, prior to campaign launch.
• MVD adheres to a no refund policy; in lieu of refund credit may be given toward alternative media campaigns.
• MVD guarantees a minimum of 3% of the volume of emails purchased to be opened and tracking will be provided by MVD.
• MVD will not display any material related to hate or illegal content.
• MVD will reserve the final decision on the insertion of any creative.
• MVD does not guarantee exclusivity of the ad campaign.  Related campaigns may run at the same time.
• MVD reserves the right to remove unproductive creative and request alternative artwork to ensure that the campaign achieves average performance.
• All campaigns will be tracked by Raw traffic logs (non-unique, non – geotargeted) visitors.

• Unless otherwise specified above, billable impressions and click thru tracking will be based on the statistics collected by MVD.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the statistics recorded by an advertiser, and those collected by MVD, the later shall prevail.
• If a campaign does not complete within the specified length of time, the campaign will continue on until the campaign obligations are met.
• MVD reserves the right to cancel, pause or change this agreement at any time.
• Advertiser agrees to not perform a chargeback for the service payment, and agrees to handle any disputes with MVD directly.
• Advertiser agrees to not hold MVD, its principles, employees and contractors accountable for any damages that may occur from any marketing services performed by MVD.
• If advertiser is purchasing data, advertiser agrees to not hold MVD, it principles, employees or contractors accountable for any damages that may occur from using the data.
• Advertiser understands that advertising has to be tested and is not always successful.
• Advertiser understands there are no guarantees implied or given with the marketing service or email list.
• MVD agrees to refund any balance paid by the customer for any campaigns not started by the time the client requests the refund.
• If advertiser doesn’t make payment in a timely manner, MVD may contract a collection agency to collect any payments for services already provided by MVD. 
• Advertiser agrees to pay 10% interest on the balance until paid as well any collection agency fees up to 42% of the original balance.
